first, you get your cup of coffee, made by us or (in some stores) our in-house barista, while you tell us more about yourself.
next up, you're introduced to one of our amazing optometrists.
we take a few easy measurements and photos, whereafter we have a chat to better understand your eyes, followed by non-invasive tests to refine your results.
finally, a discussion where the Optometrist will provide feedback.
