How does your return policy work?

It's our goal to keep you satisfied! We will replace damaged or faulty contact lenses at our expense if they arrive torn.


If the box has not been opened or tampered with, we can provide you with replacement lenses.


If you receive a faulty product, we will only credit you or refund you if you return at least 1 lens from the box. When a contact lens cannot be returned for our suppliers to investigate the defect, we cannot credit your account.


If you are not happy with your purchase or made an error, we will help you get the correct contact lenses. We do charge a R75 return and redelivery fee if the reason for the return is the fault of the customer.


What is the process for returning an order?

To return torn or faulty contact lenses, or if you received the wrong order, simply email us at store@optique.co.za and we will assist you with returning your order to us. 


Is there a time limit for returning my order?

You can return any order within 30 days of receiving it.


When can I expect a refund or exchange?

We usually process the product within 1-2 working days of receiving it in our warehouse. Within 1-5 working days, we can reissue you with new lenses.

When will I receive my order?

After we dispatch your order, delivery usually takes 1-3 working days.


Our suppliers occasionally run out of stock, causing slight delivery delays.


We will notify you in advance if this is the case.


We deliver all orders with our couriers, to your doorstep.


What is the cost of delivery?

All orders are delivered for free! 

We've simplified everything to ensure that you get the most affordable price, why pay more?


How can I track my delivery?

By entering the waybill number provided with your order, you can track your delivery on our couriers' website. 


What time do you deliver?

Our courier, typically delivers Monday through Friday between 8 am and 17 pm.


If you're not there when delivery is attempted, they'll call you.


Are you able to deliver after hours and on weekends?

Absolutely! Even though this is not available during checkout, just email or call us and we can help.


Do you deliver on public holidays?

Not on public holidays.
